I was left waiting on the phone and got very little help when I arrived and couldn’t find the accommodation because the address was wrong. They said my booking hadn’t come through, even though I’d received a confirmation email, and claimed they had a booking for someone staying longer. Then they blamed Booking.com and told me to cancel. The operator did manage to apologize, but I doubt it was sincere. I’d stay away from this company.
