Right in the middle of Lisbon, these apartments had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. Everything was well managed, and the staff were polite and helped us store our luggage so we could check in early. They’d also left us a gift in the apartment. There’s a very good restaurant downstairs, plus a great local spot for organic breakfast about a two-minute walk away. I’d choose this place again if I come back to Lisbona.

We’d booked and paid over 1000€ weeks before arriving in Lisbon, then walked to the address. Once all the payments had gone through, the owner stopped responding and never sent check-in information, so we couldn’t access the apartment. We sat outside for three hours trying to reach them, then gave up after check-in was already two hours late and we’d heard nothing. We had to book a hotel and are still dealing with booking.com and Mastercard to recover our money. booking.com has acknowledged the issue and the refund process is underway. Avoid this residence and the host’s other places too. It’s a scam.

I stayed for 16 days in a nice, fully furnished one-bedroom place. Having a washing machine came in very handy. The management people were kind and helpful, and everything worked well, including the AC.

Bloody brilliant. The location, apartment, and customer service were all top notch. Loved it :)
