They canceled my reservation without warning and didn't follow Expedia's policies. They also asked me to send my credit card number by message.

I canceled my Booking.com reservation, which I'd made only 15 minutes earlier, after they promptly rejected my request about check-in time without suggesting an alternative. That part seemed fine at first. But two hours after canceling, they tried to charge the card details I'd given Booking.com for the reservation, which had only been active for those 15 minutes. Be careful about the information you share with this hotel. I feel they're trying to take advantage of their guests. It's a shame to see this happen in such a beautiful country, and I think people like this should be exposed.
