There was plenty of storage in our double room, with two full-size closets, and the fridge had complimentary water. We also had the usual kettle, mugs, and free tea. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the hotel looks like it’s been renovated recently. The standing shower had both a rain head and a handheld one, with very good pressure. I’d have liked a shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo and a few more bathroom hooks for towels. The TV had quite a few English-language channels, which was nice for international guests, though no streaming apps. We stayed for three nights.

Getting around the city was easy from this excellent location, and I really liked the room with its city view. It was a pleasant stay, and I’d book here again for the room and convenient spot. Just remember to bring your own essentials: our room didn’t have toothbrushes, bottled water, or slippers.

I was very disappointed. Workers spent the whole day cleaning the roof above the window in my bathroom, and dirt fell through it into the room while they were working right around the window. The bathroom was left useless and dirty. That’s not the service I paid for.

The room was basic, but clean and adequate. It’s in a flat area, which was a bonus, and well placed for bars, restaurants, and Lisbon’s many attractions. I’d recommend it and would come back.

My wife got multiple bed bug bites during our stay at Hotel 7 in Lisbon on November 15 and 16. We have clear video proof, but management took no action when we raised it. The manager even blamed us and said we had brought them, which was both unacceptable and unprofessional. At this price and in this location, we expected basic hygiene, accountability, and decent customer service. Hotel 7 let us down on all three. We can’t recommend staying here unless management takes responsibility and addresses these serious problems.
