The Ivens, Autograph Collection

The Ivens is ideally placed for exploring Lisbon, and coming back to it feels like returning to a luxurious sanctuary. I’m already looking forward to another visit. The rooms combine beautiful design with real comfort, while breakfast was a daily highlight and the bar and restaurant had an electric atmosphere, among the best in the city. The lobby staff stood out most: attentive, efficient, polite, and genuinely warm, making us feel at home right away. The atmosphere is vibrant and sophisticated, and details from the decor to the service flow felt carefully considered. Every touchpoint exceeded expectations. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

We were only there for 24 hours, but I’d absolutely return. The bar Rocco was eye-catching, and the hotel itself felt very unique. What stood out most was the staff’s care. When we arrived without euros to pay the cab driver, someone from the hotel stepped in. Later, we had a medical emergency, and the team was attentive and went above and beyond again. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay, and it keeps getting better. The location is easily the best in the city, and the restaurant next door is excellent. The people really make the place: the front desk is eager to help, and the concierges offer great advice, including suggestions that aren’t touristy. Our room was warm and practical, with a good layout, blackout shades, strong water pressure, and comfortable mattresses. I’d give it more than five stars if I could.

The hotel’s location puts you close to the heart of Lisbon while keeping a peaceful, relaxing feel. Our spacious room was beautifully designed, and the bed was incredible. The gym had brand-new, well-equipped machines. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh local products and high-quality choices. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout. It exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for a luxury stay in Lisbon.
