The room was fine, though the bathroom felt a little old fashioned. The pool was closed, and the staff weren't friendly at all. They didn't smile or greet us once. It didn't feel like a VIP experience.

The breakfast was very low quality, and the hotel is far from the city center. Sleep or relax here? Not if you can help it. Planes from the nearby airport fly right overhead every few minutes, trains behind the building regularly wake you up, and the two elevator bells keep ringing through the night. If you're unlucky enough to get the top floor, the air conditioning might join in too. I honestly think you can find a much better place to sleep and enjoy the city.

A very unpleasant experience. My boyfriend paid 140 euro directly at the hotel on 25.09.2025 for a room for the night of 18.10-19.10. When I arrived on 18.10.2025, reception told me I had no room. She charged another 80 euro, but didn't register me anywhere. Room number 1311 is attached. I'm not in the system, but the money was taken.

The people working there made the stay nice. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful throughout, and the hotel itself is modern, clean, and nicely decorated. The rooms were okay but very dark, with dim lighting and half the PowerPoints not working. The shower water pressure needs work, and the lifts are slow and take a lot of time. Still, I enjoyed the stay.

The front desk was horrible and incompetent, and the hotel showed no real hospitality. The rooms feel like a hostel. There was no coffee in the room, and the air conditioning was set to neutral. On a very hot night, I called to complain and was told to open my window.
