The rooms have been renovated and furnished recently, and they have AC, so the rooms themselves are fine. But the location is awful, with noise, people urinating at the building entrance, and dirt all around. The windows do nothing to block out the street. Drunk people carry on until 5 am, then city crews make a lot of noise cleaning until 7 am. Anyone who wants to sleep at night should avoid this hotel.

We were already running late for our flight, but the manager insisted that we take the keys more than 2 miles away to a different location. We'd forgotten to leave them inside the apartment, and when we contacted the emergency WhatsApp number, the man was rude and offended us. He wouldn't let us leave the keys at the apartment when we returned, and instead yelled at us and threatened us. One of the worst experiences I've had with apartment management. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We stayed for eight nights, and when we asked for supplies, all they said was that we were provided with one roll of toilet paper. The bathroom was small and smelly, with no towel hook on the wall, and the room keeper forgot to refill the soap. Garbage sat in the hallway for a whole week without being collected.

The best hotel in Lisbon, really, since you get to experience the city around the clock.
