We Love F Tourists: Hostel

The hostel has a lively feel while still being comfortable, and the atmosphere never felt overwhelming. It comes across as a place made by people who care about their guests and the experience they provide. The staff are the real highlight. Everyone was warm, attentive, and thoughtful, and their help felt sincere rather than like they were just doing a job. From entering the building to getting to my room, I felt welcome and looked after. This place made me feel relaxed and at home, and I'd happily return. Special mention to Julia and Santos, exceptional humans, truly one of a kind. I can't recommend it highly enough.

The kitchen was clean and comfortable, with lots of useful things provided, and the whole hostel had a homey feel. The social side was good too, with great events. The staff explained Lisbon in detail and were transparent, and they put together recommendations for where I was going after Lisbon. They also helped with my bags and stored them in personal lockers in the room when I checked in early. Mathilda, Iago, Julie, and all the helpful staff made this one of the best hostels I've stayed in. I'll book again next time I'm in Lisbon.

The location is right in central Lisbon, so it's easy to walk to the main sights and be close to everything. For the location and hospitality, it feels like very good value. A great option whether it's your first time in Lisbon or you're coming back. Highly recommended.

I arrived late and booked on the spur of the moment, and they were incredibly accommodating. The common areas were my favorite, and the hostel was cozy, clean, affordable, with great bedrooms and a location close to everything in Lisbon. Reception is open 24 hours, and the staff were so kind and helpful. There's an event every night. On Tuesdays they have tapas and wine upstairs, followed by local music. It was absolutely worth it and one of my favorite hostel stays.
