The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the property was clean. But there were maintenance problems, like water spraying from the bottom of the shower head. The neighborhood around the hotel also felt questionable, which made me concerned about safety going to and from it. My private room had no windows, just a blacked-out skylight that I was told not to open when it rained. It felt very claustrophobic. There was no proper air conditioning, only a standing fan, so the room stayed hot even with outside temperatures at 18-20°C. I slept badly either way, from the heat or from having to run the noisy fan. I wouldn't want to stay here in summer. One thing for taller guests: the beds are standard doubles with footboards, so if you're over about 6', you may have to sleep diagonally.

The room was cold, and the bathroom felt cramped and suffocating. There was no shower gel, and the bathroom and toilet were short on basic amenities. For the price, the quality was mediocre. They do offer luggage storage after checkout, but the €1 per hour charge struck me as surprising and uncommon.

We were so uncomfortable we ended up sleeping in our sleeping bags. The room was extremely hot, with just one small window that let no air in. They gave us a fan, but it was so dusty that my allergies bothered me all night. The area also felt sketchy, and there was an unpleasant, funny smell in the room, especially in the toilet.

The location, staff, kitchen, rooftop terrace, and cleanliness were all good, and the positives left me with pleasant memories. It's a nice place for a night or two. Our room only had a skylight, which made it hard to air out, and we had to keep it closed when it rained. Some of the shower cubicles were cramped and uncomfortable.
