After a long day out sightseeing, the house is such a good place to rest. The room was clean, large, lovely, and had the most comfortable bed. Breakfast was generous, varied, and healthy, and the landladies were kind and helpful. It’s a great base for exploring the area, with plenty to see within an hour’s drive. 100% recommended.
It was peaceful, comfortable, and clean, a welcome break from busy life. We could eat at the accommodation and use the BBQ and dining area, which helped save money, and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby. The hosts were wonderful and looked after us so well. We’ll miss them and all the animals, especially big Roger the dog. Teresa and Janice, we loved meeting you and the animals and would love to come back. The location works well for nearby towns and villages. We hired a car, though we also used Uber a lot; buses are good, but expect none on Sunday. Thank you, Mel & David X

Everyone was so friendly, and both the room and breakfast were great.
The owner is incredibly sweet and charming, and the house feels like home to me. It’s a beautiful building on an absolutely quiet street, with lovely balanced proportions and a spacious large bedroom. The breakfast nook is warmly decorated, and there’s a delicate fragrance throughout that I adore. Breakfast is put together with care, from the prettily cut fruit to the thoughtful presentation. Everything feels perfect. ❤️
