We're from the UK and had an amazing time. Our hosts took time to show us how to reach local spots and translate everything into English for us. We also tried the wine, which was delicious. Thanks so much for having us, we had the best time.

We were struck by how beautiful and cosy this stone apartment was. It's right in the town's narrow streets, so you get a real sense of rural life and culture in northern Portugal. The place was very clean and had everything we needed, including coffee, towels, and a hairdryer. The host was friendly and gave us great suggestions for swimming spots nearby.

Time seems to have stopped here. It's beautiful and feels like the real Portugal, something you won't find in commercial cities, though those are worth visiting too.

A village with real soul, cared for and true to its roots. The hospitality and kindness were unmatched.

A picturesque little house, very well preserved. Cosy, comfortable, clean, and in a quiet spot.
