My room was dusty and smelled bad, and the rooms are very expensive for what they offer. The staff were unpleasant, and the manager was arrogant and showed customers no respect. This place is ridiculous, and I’m very angry about it. The internet is extremely slow, like rubbish, and I couldn’t work. I don’t recommend it to anyone and won’t come back.

There’s a restaurant on the ground floor, and it’s a great place to sleep. Convenient for pilgrims heading to Fatima. Just be aware there’s no elevator.

The bed linen was dirty, the towels hadn’t been washed properly, and the bathroom curtain smelled bad. The room itself hadn’t been cleaned. Repulsive. There isn’t even a suitable rating for this place. The authorities should close the establishment.
