The room was really large and comfortable, and the WiFi was free, fast and worked without issues. DMCharme is a small hotel with only a few rooms, right in the centre of town. Daniel and Ricardo were friendly, hospitable hosts who made themselves very accommodating. There’s a full size kitchen guests can use to cook or prepare food. They also left cold bottled water in the fridge and some cake, which was handy. Just before checkout, I was given a small bottle of whiskey? I don’t drink, so I’m not sure exactly what type. They really did go the extra mile to make the stay comfortable.

We booked all 4 rooms for our family for 13 nights. The rooms were big and clean, and the location was perfect, close to everything. Daniel is what makes this place special. He was always ready to help, replied instantly to messages, and was a very pleasant gentleman. He helped with everything from ordering taxis to suggesting things to do and places to eat. Thank you, Daniel.

Daniel was the perfect host and gave us real help throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. DMCharme is right in the centre of Ponta Delgada, and our room was huge, with a kingsize bed and more storage than we could use. We also appreciated the shared dining and living rooms for relaxing, plus the kitchen where we could make our own meals.

Daniel is enthusiastic and kind, always ready to help tourists with all kinds of questions. The house is comfortable, with a huge, very clean room. Being downtown makes it convenient to visit places around the island. I strongly recommend it to other tourists exploring the Azores.
