The marina and ocean views are beautiful, and the location is excellent, close to the city center with a mall and supermarket in the building. That would be five stars from me. But the cleanliness brought it down to three. Coffee from previous guests was left in the machine, and the dishwasher smelled awful. The mattress covers and pillows should be replaced or washed properly: they were yellow, apparently from previous guests or not being cleaned well. It seemed only the bed linen had been changed, covering the yellowing and smells from those items.

We spent a few months in the co-living space, and it was a great choice. The location is perfect, with a supermarket in the building that has very good prices. If you study or work at the university, it’s just a 5-10 minute walk. The brand new apartment is spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need. Having a dryer is especially useful on the island, the cleaning service is excellent, and the internet is very fast. Vitor and Bia are friendly and ready to help anytime. I totally recommend it!

The staff were pleasant, helpful and unobtrusive, and arranging everything, including payment, was easy and hassle-free. It was exceptionally clean, with what you need close by, and the location is really convenient. The missing star is for the noise: we didn't open the windows or use the balcony because of it. The monochrome decor wasn't my taste either, so it felt like somewhere to sleep between outings rather than a place to linger.

We spent 10 days there. The apartment was spacious and the location fantastic, though a few pots and pans need replacing. I'd stay again.
