Parking was free and easy, which was handy for exploring by car. The location was quiet, with only a short drive to Alvor centre and the nearby beaches. The staff were especially kind, welcoming and helpful, and that really made our stay. The apartment is simple, just as advertised, with the things you need. It isn't luxurious, but the price is good. It was clean, though the bathroom mirror had some mold. There were no sharp kitchen knives, and a few small items were missing, like a chopping board and a wine opener. The furniture is a bit worn, and the apartments are dated and could use some maintenance, as other guests have said. Still, the basics were there and everything worked. We liked the peaceful atmosphere outside and the pool was a highlight. The water was a little cold but refreshing on warm days. It's quite deep, about 2.6 metres at the deepest point, with a gradual slope, so the shallow end is fine for most people. It's good for cooling off, but worth bearing in mind if you're not a strong swimmer. Wi-Fi was fine around the pool, but very poor inside the apartment, which was frustrating. If you're after a quiet, budget-friendly place with a pool and a relaxed feel, this works well as long as you're not expecting anything fancy.

The pool was amazing and very well maintained, and the apartment was spotless, self-catering, and thoughtfully prepared with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and everything else we needed. The staff were very friendly, and it was great value for money. Alvor is one of the Algarve's best spots, with lovely beaches, traditional Portuguese restaurants and a lively city at night. The A22 is only a few minutes away, making it easy to get around this beautiful region. We loved our stay and would definitely come back with the family. Thank you.

The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the atmosphere is quiet and welcoming. There's also a bar, a pool, and a well-kept Bowls lawn. The staff are super friendly. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

It's close enough to town for easy access to the shops, but far enough from the nightlife to stay quiet. The staff were extremely helpful, and there's good on-site parking for residents. The apartments were very clean and comfortable for a reasonable price, with all the self-catering basics. A few more cooking utensils would have helped. It's an excellent facility, and I'll book again for my next visit to Alvor.

The two dedicated pickleball courts beside the Long Bowling greens look great. They're less than a year old.
