I spent almost a week here on vacation and had a great experience. The staff were extremely attentive and kept checking that I had what I needed. My room was small but comfortable and entirely sufficient for me, with a lovely atmosphere and great service. The location was ideal, just minutes from Sao Bento metro station and within walking distance of everything I wanted to see. I never needed a taxi or metro apart from trips to and from the airport. Highly recommended.

The rooms are thoughtfully designed, modern, and really comfortable, and breakfast downstairs is simple but lovely. Armazém is right in the middle of everything in Porto. The whole team was wonderful, especially Pedro, who greeted us each evening when we came back. We had a few great days here. Thanks for making us feel so welcome!

We chose the penthouse suite and had a large bathtub, kitchen, bedroom, and living room, with the lift opening straight into the room. The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from, and the staff were very friendly. There isn't a restaurant at the hotel for lunch or dinner, but there are about a dozen excellent places to eat within a 100 m walk. A great base for a few days in Porto.

On my second stay, I was welcomed just as warmly as before, and the place's inventive architecture and design still impressed me. Breakfast begins at 8am, which was too late for us since we were setting off on the Portuguese Camino. The hotel was accommodating, though, and we arranged to get food the evening before.

The service was exceptional, and the Ribeira district location puts you close to most things you'd want to see in Porto. I loved the feel of the hotel, too: a beautiful balance of rustic and modern, sophisticated without losing its warmth.
