Our Superior Double Room was roomy and very clean, and the hair dryer worked well and dried hair quickly. I did miss having a kettle or coffee maker in the room. Still, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend the hotel.

We spent six nights here, and the whole team made the stay fantastic. Everyone was outstanding, especially Dianna, Debra and Daniela at the front desk, and the breakfast room staff were great too. I’ve never had five-star treatment at a hotel with a reasonable price before.

I stayed here in September for a conference. My room on the 5th floor had a lovely view, and the bed, desk, and shower were all good. The hotel is very central, close to nice places to eat and spend the evening. Check-in went smoothly. I wasn’t keen on having to pay for the stay in advance, since you never know what might happen. On the other hand, it meant I could check out online and head straight to the airport. Breakfast was nice, though they could perhaps offer better gluten-free and lactose-free options. It was still better than many other places. Infused water and tea were available all day.

The rooms are immaculate and the staff are friendly. It has everything you need, and the location is excellent for heading out to see the city.

The rooms and hotel felt pretty average. Staff were really nice, but the rooms are tiny, and there were no washcloths or complimentary water in them. For the price, there are better places to stay in Porto.
