I felt unsafe and completely unsupported after a theft in one of Liiiving's apartments. Their own access logs confirmed that cleaning staff had entered around the time it happened, but the company quickly denied responsibility without trying to investigate or help. Security felt inadequate, with shared codes, no internal locks, and no CCTV. The code was wrong too, leaving you stuck in the building. After the incident, they seemed focused on protecting themselves rather than helping the guest who had been robbed by their cleaning staff. Future guests should think twice.

A complete waste of time. This company takes people to see rental properties that aren’t actually available, and the email replies don’t line up with each other. Be careful, or you could lose a lot of time.

The apartment is clean, attractive, modern, cozy, and quite spacious. I can’t confirm the security concerns mentioned in other reviews. To enter the building, you need an app to open a heavy front door; the apartment door has a separate code, entered manually. That code changes for each guest and must be activated separately. The windows are too high to reach from the street, so in my view there are no security issues. It’s a little far from surfable beaches. Checkout is at 10:30.
