Management has raised the rent while cutting services, including monthly and weekend cleaning. The building is often dirty now, as the attached photos show. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and doesn’t put residents first. If you need a clean, quiet, well-kept place, avoid it. Temporary groups, usually 15-16-year-olds, keep arriving in a building meant for older residents. One group leaves and another takes its place, so the noise and rule-breaking never really stop. They don’t follow the building rules, which makes studying or working very difficult. The shared spaces have deteriorated badly. The ground-floor sofa area used to be somewhere people could meet, cook dinner, play games, and socialize. Now it’s dirty, neglected, and unusable, as shown in the photos. Management won’t deal with the problems. Reception staff try to limit the disruption, but they can’t decide who’s allowed in.

The least professional people I’ve dealt with in a long time. Everyone gives different information about contract terms and costs, and they don’t follow through on commitments. Get everything in writing and signed, or they won’t listen or look into what happened.

I stayed for six months and had a pleasant time. The classic studio was quite small, but having my own bathroom and kitchen gave me a space of my own. WiFi was fast and reliable throughout the building, and staff were always around to help sort out minor issues. There’s a nice mix of students and professionals, and regular residence events make it easy to meet people.

The terrace was the one good thing, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. The rooms are too small for two people, and cleaning only happens weekly. You have to bring or buy the basics yourself, including cutlery, cups, a kettle, and hangers. Laundry is another hassle: the app makes you pay at least 20 euros for four washes, and detergent is on you too. Don’t expect more than a student dorm.
