We left the Nasoni and got none of our money back, even though they offered us a different room. We felt cheated, and the experience spoiled our Porto visit. I chose the place because the reviews were good, but it didn't match the website description at all. My requested private bathroom, which hadn't appeared in the photos, turned out to be tiny and divided from the room by clear glass, with no privacy. I couldn't sleep because guests using the shared bathroom were so loud that we heard everything, and light came through the door. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, no remote for the air conditioning, and no TV. Breakfast was a very basic meal at a nearby café.
