Good value for the price. The place was clean and roomy, and close to everything. I loved it.

The apartment itself is very nice, recently built, and laid out well. The problem is the noise. There's no soundproofing, and traffic from the very noisy street can be heard constantly, day and night. On the courtyard side, there are barking dogs, people talking or on their phones, and noise from the flats above and below. If you want peace and quiet, look elsewhere. It's a shame.

There's plenty of room for a family of four, and everything feels very new and comfortable. It's about 15 minutes from the city centre.
