The staff were attentive, and Andrea was especially friendly every time. The place also serves an amazing breakfast. A great stay.

The rooms were clean, and the person at reception was very helpful, showing us around the city and giving us a map. There’s a big grocery store in the City Centre, and the hotel is ideally located near the city centre.

DO NOT GO, NEVER EVER!!! A severe fire meant we couldn't travel, but the owner showed no understanding and charged us for the entire reservation despite the natural catastrophe. We messaged to ask about the fire and explained our route, but they never warned us that roads were blocked and there was no way to get there from Lisbon. If something bad happens, they will never help you, for sure!!! They only care about money, not your health or a human life. It was the worst experience we've had. If the car rental guy hadn't warned us, we would have driven to Porto and WOULD HAVE DIED. DO NOT TRUST THEM. P.S. Booking also called them, and they refused a partial refund.

Even on vacation, getting proper sleep matters, so I have to apologize for this rating. The place has qualities that many other comments already mention, but we were in a large apartment on the fifth floor facing the street, right by a busy crossroads, a bus stop, and the metro station. You hear everything inside, day and night. The sound insulation is catastrophic, and earplugs are a must at night. Apartments at the back of the building don't seem to have the same problem. Be careful when booking. Happy holidays.
