Luz's restaurant suggestions felt carefully chosen and genuinely local, and we got to try traditional Portuguese dishes and regional specialties. Our trip was all about food and wine, and the historical center gave us easy access to those experiences in a lively, tradition-filled setting. The Douro Valley trip Luz organized included vineyard visits and wine tasting. It was enjoyable and gave us a better sense of the region's winemaking traditions. She also arranged a fado show, adding emotional depth to the cultural side of our trip. We took a boat along the Douro River beneath the six bridges, and joined a bus tour through different food districts in Porto. The 24-hour customer service line made it easy to adjust our plans. Thanks to Luz, the trip was full of food, culture, and discovery.

Paulo at reception made check-in feel smooth and welcoming, even though reception is in a separate building. The property was comfortable, well located, and had a beautiful view. A very good experience overall.

I was given a unit with no view, almost no windows, and a dark interior that lacked proper conditions. The photos made it look as if the apartment had a river view, and I found that completely misleading. There are multiple units, and the one I got did not match what was shown online. I left immediately without staying and still haven't received a refund. A very negative experience. I don't recommend it.

Really nice place to stay in Porto, clean and cozy, with an amazing view. The staff were great, especially Anibal, Diego, and Hugo. Best wishes, guys!
