Most of the staff were very friendly, but several parts of my stay disappointed me. At the morning buffet, I found moldy tomatoes in the salad. When I told the staff, nobody apologized. The restaurant was extremely noisy because there were so many children, so we had to eat outside in the cold morning. The hotel seems to be promoted as a sports hotel but operates more like a family hotel, and I suggest updating the marketing to match. The most worrying incident was at the surf center. The new investor/owner tried to land his kite alone in very strong winds, dangerously close to the center. He nearly hit two people and a staff member had to jump in to prevent a serious accident. He didn’t apologize afterward. It seemed the staff were too intimidated to speak up about his recurring reckless behavior. This wasn’t the only incident, and everyone was in total shock. This is unacceptable and makes the environment unsafe for guests and staff. I hope the feedback is taken seriously and the necessary improvements are made.

We had a fantastic family holiday in a bungalow, all three of us. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and considerate, and the food was delicious, healthy, and varied. My husband windsurfed every day, I went kitesurfing and did yoga, and our four-year-old made friends and loved every part of the hotel and beaches. We’ll definitely be back!

The bungalow was spotless, and breakfast had fresh, healthy choices. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely book a massage with Layla at the Spa too.

The whole family could enjoy the ocean, with riding conditions for beginners as well as more experienced riders. We came to FeelViana for a family trip centered on riding, and it was just right. The hotel and surrounding nature are beautiful, with great facilities and service. Management really showed that guests come first. Thanks!
