We rented the whole place for a birthday and had a great time. There are lovely animals around the property, though it can be a little tricky to find.

A lovely spot in a great location, just right for a quiet break.

If peace and nature are what you’re after, this is a perfect getaway.
8/10
The bedrooms were pleasant, the place was well looked after, and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. We rented it for another gathering of the music academy, and the garage was incredible for putting on several concerts. We were sorry we couldn't switch on the little outdoor lights, as that would have made the space even more special. Since we were a group, we weren't entitled to breakfast, which I don't think makes sense.
10/10
The animals were a fantastic bonus, and we were very comfortably accommodated as a large group. This is a welcoming, typically Alentejo country estate with everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom in every bedroom. A real gem in Alqueva. We'd come back 😊
