The guesthouse is gorgeous and peaceful, and we had an amazing stay. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were so warm and friendly, always around if we needed anything. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Breakfast was a real treat, especially the pastries and pastel da nata. We were welcomed with fresh produce from the family farm next door, and the apartment was spotless throughout our three night stay. Well done, everyone.

The hostess was so kind and helpful, suggesting a great nearby hike and some lovely restaurants. The homemade breakfast is well worth trying, everything was so good. The rooms are cozy, spacious and well kept, with a beautiful view, and the property is decorated with great taste. A fantastic, restful place to enjoy the Douro Valley. We’ll definitely return and tell our friends and family about it!

We were celebrating our anniversary and were welcomed with strawberries and a thoughtful handwritten note. The property is beautifully cared for, with staff tending the shared areas and garden. Every room has a wonderful valley view, and it’s a lovely place to take your time in the Douro or relax by the pool. A beautiful boutique hotel with amazing service. We’ll stay here again.

We’ll definitely come back. Parking was easy, free and secure, and there’s a fridge available all the time. You can use the kitchen, though it isn’t open 24/7. Breakfast costs €15 per person and isn’t included, but it’s filling, fresh, local, healthy and has a great variety. We were impressed by how much they make on their farm. The pool, views, rooms and staff were all great, and everything was clean, relaxing, and carefully looked after. Impeccable service.
