The rooms and hotel were very clean, breakfast was okay, and there was plenty of parking. But getting in was difficult: we reached a barbed-wire fence and had to call reception to have it opened. The receptionist we encountered seemed disinterested and showed no warmth or kindness. Maybe she'd had a bad day or was dealing with a hard time, and I'm sorry for her if so. The interior also looked like it hadn't been refreshed in a long while. We recommend the Eurosol hotel in Alcanena.

After my flight was delayed, I checked in at midnight without any trouble. The hotel is easy to reach via the services on the other side of the A1. The rooms are basic but have what you need for an overnight stay, and mine was very clean.

The room had the basics, a bed, TV, and bath, but no fridge. It was spacious, and the price compared well with what you got. Service was friendly. Breakfast was fine and served well, though the selection didn't change.

Bring your own dinner, as there aren't many other options nearby. Breakfast, though, was great. The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and a bargain, and the pool was a nice extra. A really good place for a stop along the road.
