They said they'd upgraded us to a private bungalow, but I can't say the experience was very friendly. It rained the whole time, and every trip to the hotel facilities meant walking 300 meters in the rain. Coming back, we got the floor wet because there wasn't even a mat inside to dry our shoes.

We had a relaxing family getaway with plenty to do. Great value, wonderful service, and a lovely place. We'll definitely return.

The place is very peaceful and has great staff, though it's a little remote. It was well worth detouring from the main routes. There are two pools, one with a bar, and plenty of facilities. The private bungalows are lovely, some come with a hot tub or jacuzzi, and there's reserved parking.

A lovely setting in nature, and a great choice for a small, intimate wedding.

The whole place is lovely, with the bungalows set apart in their own convenient area. Each one even has its own outdoor power outlet, so you can charge an EV there. We were surprised by how good the hotel was in the heart of Serra d'Aire, and it was incredibly quiet. Our couples massage wasn't especially impressive, but it didn't take away from the stay. We'd happily recommend it and come back.
