We found parking nearby, luckily, though I can see it being a problem at other times. The place has a quirky, eclectic feel right in central Loule, with plenty of bars and restaurants you can walk to. Our room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and there was lots of hot water and good quality towels. The outdoor pool was especially welcome in the afternoon sun.

Parking was a hassle, and the noise was bad enough that we could hear everything in the hallway, including loud neighbors at 4 a.m. The pool is tiny and its walls looked dirty; the pool toilet was disgusting and was never cleaned during our 4-night stay. Our shower was broken, too. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. There are several good restaurants within walking distance, which made eating out easy. But when we arrived, all three toilet paper rolls were already started. We ran out and asked the owners for more paper and soap, but got no help during our stay. With so many basic problems left unresolved, I can't recommend this hotel. I genuinely don't understand its 3-star rating. The owners' lack of response when we needed basic supplies was especially disappointing. If you're considering it, you might want to find somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.

It was a good stay, and I'd recommend it. The room was nice and the location was good, though it was a little noisy. It also felt a bit expensive.

I loved the decor, and the bed was really comfortable. The rooms were very clean, though the hot tub smelled awful. Lovely place otherwise.
