The view was lovely, and the rooms, salon, and sauna all looked wowowo. Maria, the owner herself, was helpful, and the rest of the staff were so helpful too.

The rooms look over the river and are very peaceful, and the price feels very good for the quality. Breakfast is generous. There aren’t loads of choices, but it’s more than enough. The pool area could use more chairs, and the stone floor isn’t very inviting. The pool itself was dirty...

The rooms that face the river are excellent. Breakfast didn’t stand out, and dinner needs some work: it’s one set dish with no choice, the dessert buffet is standard, and the fruit could be peeled and cut.

What a lovely village for evening walks. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are so friendly. It’s in a calm, lovely part of Portugal, in Saõ Pedro do Sul. I’d recommend it.

I ate dinner here three nights. The food was good and the price was good too. Service was fine. The dessert buffet was just okay, not that good. Worth trying!
