I felt trapped and mistreated, and came away feeling scammed. They charged me extra without explaining why, and the staff were unbearably arrogant, as though they resented me being there. The hotel was filthy, noisy, and disgusting. It was a nightmare, and should never be called a hotel.

João, the attentive manager, welcomed us warmly and made sure our needs were taken care of, which made the stay unforgettable. We spent three days and two nights at this peaceful spot surrounded by nature. The calm atmosphere helped us relax, recharge, and unwind.

The owners were wonderful, and the pool was awesome and big. There are sculptures all around, designed by the owner. The room we had smelled a little dusty, but otherwise it had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, and Netflix in the bedroom.

Our host was kind and helpful, and suggested the best places to visit nearby. We couldn't have asked for better service. The place itself is an unexpected oasis in rural Portugal, so beautiful and peaceful that I can't describe it. A must!

We stayed in early April, when there was no one around. Be sure to walk all over the property, there's so much to see. It was truly magical, and I couldn't have hoped for more.
