A decent breakfast buffet, and a good basic hotel. Its location makes it handy for visiting the town, river, and beaches.

For the price, it's definitely good value, and the rooms are okay. The location is great too. We couldn't get in touch before arriving, either by phone or through Booking.com's email service. Once we were there, though, they gave us a 24-hour emergency contact number.

The hotel was clean, but it felt old, and the breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The bedrooms were noisy, and there's no cable TV. At this price, the quality doesn't add up, so I won't come back. Be careful, the bedroom photos are misleading.

A cozy enough spot for a couple of days in Vila Nova de Mil Fontes, and the staff are nice. The location isn't particularly good, the hotel is small, and the decor feels old. There's no elevator access either.

The rooms were okay, though dated, but we didn't feel welcome. I don't mind an older man who doesn't speak English running the hotel; I do mind when he won't even try to understand his guests. That was enough for me.
