Our room had a double bed, a single bed, and its own bathroom, which worked well for our small family. It was clean, the mattress was decent, and the place was quite okay for a weekend. The location is fantastic, right behind Rossio's train station. The corridors and reception could use some renovation to feel more pleasant. We found it odd that we had to leave the key at reception whenever we went out, though we understood it might be for security given the location. The owner was always there, so we never had to wait.

I've stayed here for the third time, and it's been a great experience each time. The rooms have been newly renovated, and the central location is hard to beat. I was told some rooms are still being modernized soon, so eventually they should all be like new. I'll be back soon.

Really clean and cozy, and the price is low. The staff are so, so kind. I'll book this same hotel next time I'm in Lisbon. Thanks very much!

The location makes it easy to walk to lots of places, and the subway is only about 3 minutes away. Having reception open 24 hours was really useful. We had an issue with the hot water, but after I mentioned it, they said they'd fix it, and they did. The room could use some improvements, and I think the cleaning could be better. Otherwise things were okay. For the price, it's acceptable for 2-3 days.

The room was tiny, with barely enough space beyond the bed, and it smelled of damp and age. Everything felt old. The bathroom was a filthy little disaster, the towels were left on top of the shower curtain, and there wasn't even a holder for the showerhead. The receptionist, an older man, was arrogant and impolite, the worst I've encountered. At 59€ a night, this felt like robbery. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
