8 Building by Finestay

We found the apartment spacious, clean, and well equipped, with modern furnishings that looked new. Everything worked as it should, and we had no issues. There was no washing machine in the apartment, but the building had a laundry room. Getting there and accessing it was easy with the instructions, and communication with the owners was straightforward. In Lisbon's historic center, it's within walking distance of many sights, landmarks, the waterfront, good restaurants, and Lisbon Time Out Market. There's also a small playground in the park across the street. We had a very pleasant stay and felt it was good value.

I've never had a hotel stay this bad. Staff were hard to reach and unhelpful; they said they'd bring earplugs, but they never showed up. The room stayed noisy day and night, with street sounds and trash collection, and it was dark. The bed and bathroom felt damp, and the tissues supplied were moldy, so I had to buy my own. For two guests staying four nights, they left only four coffee capsules.

I've stayed here on three different trips to Lisbon, and each time has been a great experience. It's in a lovely building with secure entry, well placed for walking to tourist spots and the water. The rooms are clean and modern, and the hotel and accommodations are great.

The apartment was amazing, and Orion team's service was attentive, professional, and personal. I felt sure we'd have a very pleasant stay there :)
