We booked directly and got a better price than through the Booking site. The owner was very welcoming on arrival, showed us around, and explained the keyless entry and WiFi. They also shared a personal number in case anything came up. The house has a large communal area, and the residential cul-de-sac location is very quiet. It's close to the big public park, which is a must-see, and Piscinas do Codessais, the public pool with a low-cost ticket. The historic center is about a 5-10 minute walk away. The furniture isn't especially modern, which I don't mind.

It felt very welcoming and family-like. Even though it's right in the city center, close to everything, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. My four-legged friend 🐾 felt at home!

The owner was really friendly and helpful, and free parking is available. This is a very nice house with large, clean rooms in a central location, close to indoor and outdoor pools, sports facilities, cafes, and restaurants.
