Diogo has great guest stories, and he’s super friendly. What he’s done with his grandma’s house feels just right for travelers and hikers, with literally everything you might need. The place is very clean and right in the center, so everything is only seconds away. I was there with other hikers, and for that night it felt like we were all at home, sharing a great evening together. Can’t recommend it enough!

After a long hike in the rain, Diogo had already lit the fireplace so all the hikers could warm up. He gave me the warmest welcome I’ve had at a hostel, and was so friendly and talkative, with fun stories that brought a lot of joy to the place. The hostel had exactly what I needed: laundry and a dryer, shoe dryers, and a cozy sofa by the fire. 10/10 experience.

The rooms are very clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. There’s even a hydro massage shower. The host was very helpful, and being able to wash and dry clothes was handy. Amazing hostel, highly recommend!

After a long hike in the rain, it was so nice to have a warm fire, a hot shower, complimentary tea and coffee, laundry and a tumble dryer, plus a very well equipped kitchen. The owner was friendly too. Best hostel on the Fisherman's way.

The team really listens to what guests ask for, and with so many hikers coming through, the place feels set up just right for them. They’ve thought of the little details, and it really felt like a home. The only thing that felt ironic and inauthentic was when they said “welcome home.” The team are amazing, the conversations flowed, and the vibe was great. Thanks guys!
