I wouldn’t put money into this place. The planning and construction are poor, and it seems clear the developers are focused on profit. I’m sure the building across the street by the same developers is just as bad.

The apartment gets plenty of light and is comfortable, with all the equipment you need. The location is excellent, close to everything.
