Houze Residences – By AVA Rentals.

The location made our first visit easy, with a mall, supermarket, matcha shop, and gym nearby. The room was on the small side, and it would be better if the AC were over the bed instead of the sofa, but it was still nice.

The kitchen was very clean and well equipped, with cooking facilities, a washing machine, and a large fridge. The rooms also had modern facilities and reliable Wi-Fi. But the floors were dirty, and the noise made this one of the hardest places I've ever tried to sleep. A construction site across the street started at 6 a.m., and work inside the building meant drilling and banging throughout the day. I couldn't sleep past 6 or 7. Before booking, I asked about noise because I wanted to avoid being near construction. The owner said it was quiet and pleasant, with no nearby building work. That wasn't what I found. When I asked to cancel, the owner ignored me, so I had to work through the website, which took hours. I emailed videos of the noise, got a refund for the rest of my stay, and thankfully was able to leave early.

The building was clean, the rooms were lovely, and the staff were friendly. We stayed for a couple of days and really enjoyed it. The location was great too.

I had a few unforgettable days in this fully equipped apartment, with its great amenities and lovely location. I’m already looking forward to coming back when I’m in Asuncion again.
