The room was filthy and hadn't been cleaned. There was hair and used toilet paper around, including on the bed. In the lobby and corridors, I saw bugs crawling and dead cockroaches. Breakfast was dirty too, including the forks and spoons, and they served eggs that were blackened and probably spoiled. When I asked for an invoice, they didn't provide one. They also accused me of smoking in the room and tried to charge an unfair fine, even though I hadn't smoked there. When I refused, they threatened to file a complaint, and I said I'd file a counter complaint. Staff were indifferent and disrespectful: they didn't want to talk or even look at me, and either ignored my questions or gave evasive answers. Nobody spoke English, so I had to communicate through Google Translate. I was completely dissatisfied. It was a thoroughly disappointing hotel experience, and I've never stayed somewhere so terrible and disrespectful.

Getting around was difficult. The location isn't great, and some taxi drivers using apps supposedly couldn't find the hotel. The room was very basic and barely covered the main requirements, while breakfast offered little variety. Staff didn't speak any English, making it hard to communicate if you don't speak Spanish. When I asked about getting a driver for sightseeing, the price seemed ridiculously high and exploitative compared with a regular taxi or an app ride. I wasn't pleased with the quality or the deal, and I don't recommend it.

The place is nice and clean, with private parking. There isn't much space, though, so when it's busy you'll probably need to ask the hotel to reserve you a spot.

It's a new hotel and very affordable, with big, clean rooms. The location is a bit outside the tourist circuit, so you'll need a car or taxi to get around.
