Breakfast and brunch had delicious buffets with plenty of choices, and the room was beautiful, with a lovely big balcony. The dining hall staff, Mary, was wonderful with my little daughters and made it a great experience for them. Kennedy was also very helpful at the poolside. At reception, Khawla welcomed us, found us the best room, and put in a special request for our anniversary. She was kind, caring, and professional. Many others gave superb service as well. I 100% recommend!

The staff and decor made this a wonderful experience, and the hospitality was top tier. I met other Brits and people from the USA, and we all felt the same. The location made it easy to reach popular sightseeing spots, all within a maximum of 20 minutes. I picked this hotel after seeing its beautiful photos and high ratings on several platforms, when I decided to visit Qatar after travelling to many countries. It turned out to be the best hotel experience of my life. I urge you all to stay here. You won’t regret it!

We stayed for a week on our honeymoon and weren’t disappointed. We chose a deluxe room with a balcony, and it was spacious and fantastic. Staff were welcoming from the start and took our luggage up when we checked in. Breakfast was brilliant: a set menu with small changes each day, good drinks and hot beverages, and attentive service. Special thanks to Twan and the rest of the breakfast team. The pool was a delight, too, and Ahtesham and Kennedy were attentive to the little details and looked after us whenever we went.

This was my first time in Qatar, and I couldn’t have been happier with the resort. The pool, rooms, lounge area, food, and spa were all top notch, and it felt worth every penny and more. Our poolside staff member Alteysham and lifeguard Jean Chaud were especially kind and helpful to me and my husband. We really appreciated their care and hospitality. Having staff who seem genuinely happy to assist is a real asset. Thanks so much again.
