The property didn't match the standards shown online, and the information left me feeling misled. Communication was extremely poor, the service unprofessional, and what I expected to be a comfortable, smooth stay turned stressful and unpleasant. I'm very dissatisfied with both Booking.com and the property. The staff were rude and mean, with completely unprofessional behavior that left me feeling disrespected as a guest. This is unacceptable and needs to improve.

The location was bad, and parking was difficult. The bed and washroom were just okay, and the room wasn't clean. Worst hotel, not recommended for a long stay.

The staff showed no interest in sorting anything out and were unresponsive when I raised the problems. The WiFi was practically unusable throughout my stay, and the air conditioning didn't work, leaving the room unbearably hot despite several complaints. The room was dirty and unhygienic, with stained sheets, a foul odor, and a poorly maintained bathroom. The furniture was old and damaged, the lighting dim, and the room looked nothing like the photos online. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were so friendly right from the entrance, what a welcoming place. The room was neat and well kept. Everything was super, though I feel they should add personal essentials like a brush and 🪒. You don't want to miss the experience.

The room cost too much for a hotel that's only 2 starts. It needs maintenance, and there's a bad smell, though I don't know what it is.
