Couldn’t get any sleep with doors banging every few seconds and no soundproofing. The AC barely worked, and the curtains let sunlight straight into the room. On top of that, there’d be a missed call on the room phone every morning around 8-9 AM, which felt like they were trying to push checkout. When I asked reception about it, they said they hadn’t called. No rest or comfort here. One of my worst hotel stays, and I’m not coming back.

We slept really well. The bed was soft, the linen cozy, and the suite had an elegant design. The hotel was quiet and the AC was just right. Security staff helped us with our bags and were polite. Reception also offered a very fair price. I’d recommend staying here.

I booked Zubarah through booking.com and messaged several times to say I’d arrive early and ask for check-in a couple of hours ahead, but got no reply. When I got there, there was no room available and they offered no solution. They also refused a refund because I’d booked a non-refundable rate, even though it was my first stay there. Other hotels may refund after a free-cancellation request and an explanation, because they care about keeping customers. This experience felt like they only cared about money. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The parking entrance and exit are so tight that I crushed my side mirror. The gym was dirty and dusty, and the equipment didn’t work. Wi-Fi was really weak too.
