Sovereign Hotel - Marriage Certificate Required

Very clean, with free Wi-Fi and room service whenever you ask for it. They provide slippers and bathroom supplies, even a loofah. The doorman was especially well-mannered and always ready to help, 10/10. The location is great, and the staff are excellent: super friendly, helpful, and well informed. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to other travellers.

We had a very pleasant nine-night stay. The metro is nearby, and restaurants and supermarkets are close too. We really liked how the staff treated us and the service they gave. The days seemed to fly by.

It’s one of the cheapest, and the price is reasonable, but my experience was bad. The way staff dealt with us, from the front desk to the cleaning team, wasn’t satisfactory. When we extended our stay, they weren’t willing to provide water bottles. I wouldn’t go back.

The room was huge, with a living room, complimentary goodies, strong Wi-Fi, and a good bathroom. The toilet paper was soaked, though they fixed that quickly. Check-in was simple, staff seemed okay, and they let me store my bags. The location was the downside: it’s far from the souk and other places, though it’s near the metro. I chose it because it was cheaper and close to the airport, but I wouldn’t stay again.
