The rooms are spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, with lovely views and high-quality amenities. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The spa, restaurants, and other hotel facilities felt world-class, and the food was excellent. Mandarin Oriental offers a refined luxury experience, from the warm, professional welcome at check-in to attentive service throughout. A perfect choice for luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. Highly recommended.

Everyone was doing their best to make our stay lovely, and the service was very good from arrival to departure. The friendly concierge team deserves special thanks, as does Alfian from the breakfast team, who was very helpful. The room, 611, didn't have a nice view, but the bathroom was amazing. It got me thinking about doing the same at home. My wife wondered why everyone seemed happy, smiling, and friendly. Maybe it's the Mandarin Oriental magic recipe? We usually choose Accor for family reasons, but if we return to Qatar, we'd consider booking this hotel again, provided the room has a better view.

The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and housekeeping did a wonderful job. The whole hotel was outstandingly clean, with care and high standards evident in the details. From arrival to departure, I had an exceptional stay. The reception team was welcoming, professional, and efficient, while valet was prompt and well organized, making arrivals and departures easy. The Iftar buffet was a lovely part of our Ramadan stay. Breakfast was great too, with a mix of buffet and à la carte options. Our room was spotless and the service was excellent. Ajeng was especially hospitable, and Habib and the concierge team took care of everything we needed and gave us great recommendations.
