Dilshad and Saad made sure we felt cared for the whole time. They were warm, helpful, and attentive, and handled everything professionally without making it feel stiff. Ashis got the trip off to a fun start by driving us out to the site and keeping us laughing along the way. The visit was smooth and relaxing, and we came away with great memories. The drivers assigned to us were punctual, respectful, and professional, and made our transfers comfortable. At reception, Miss Rena and Mr. Rahman welcomed us warmly and made check-in easy, always ready to help with questions or requests. The service staff were kind and quick to assist with room needs and questions about the facilities. We had a relaxing family staycation and truly enjoyed it. The friendly atmosphere and thoughtful service made it memorable. Highly recommend.

The room had a beautiful view, thanks to Rubel and Rahman, who were kind, cooperative, and very helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and well organized, with all kinds of activities. We had an amazing stay and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended.
