The St. Regis Doha

The service was the part that really set this hotel apart. From our arrival, the staff treated us like royalty, and Maged, Roula, Damith, and Keanna went above and beyond to make us feel at home. No request felt too big, and every staff member was a pleasure to deal with. We were there during Ramadan, when several restaurants at the resort and around Doha were closed, but the hotel still made food available during the day. Our half-board package included dinner at Rivaaj, Astor Grill, and Sarab Lounge, and each offered high-quality food and service. The hotel itself is stunning, spotlessly clean, and maintained to a high standard. We’ll definitely be back one day.

The hotel was lovely and not overcrowded, and the staff everywhere, from the pool and reception to the lobby and restaurants, greeted us with a warm smile. At breakfast, Kazi was especially attentive to me while I was expecting, checking in often, bringing dishes to my table, and making sure I could get anything I wanted. Siham also took care to see that I was comfortable and had what I needed. They both went out of their way, and I could see them looking after other guests just as attentively. A few minor amenities could be improved. That may just be my personal expectations after staying at several five-star resorts in the Middle East, where it's hard not to compare, and these are more personal wants. Still, you can't go wrong staying here.

Reece stepped in when my husband was in the hospital and I couldn't reach him. We hadn't eaten, the kids hadn't eaten, and there was confusion with my delivery orders. She went down to the basement herself to collect the food and brought it up, making sure we were all taken care of. I've never seen that kind of thoughtfulness at another hotel. They also provided milk for both my sons and food for my baby, and I was pleased to find a women-only gym area in keeping with Islamic tradition. The breakfast team were kind, polite, and attentive, and the whole staff made us feel cared for. You can tell management values them, because the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming rather than cold or hostile like some other places. I've stayed at many luxury hotels, but St. Regis had that special something, from its beautiful architecture to the flawless service. It isn't just a hotel, it's an experience, and the staff made it unforgettable.

The room was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and luxurious, and it was impeccably clean. Service was outstanding throughout our stay. The restaurants served delicious food, and the beach staff took great care of our comfort by bringing food, setting everything up, and arranging the towels with care and professionalism. We were extremely satisfied. Special thanks to Abdul for being so kind and helpful. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a few relaxing, carefree days in comfort in Doha, and we'll definitely return.
