My City Residence

For a stay of 11 days, I paid 10.000eur, and the service was very poor. The rooms were dirty, the toilet seats were a disaster, and there were no glasses, cutlery, or kitchen items. I only wanted normal basics, not luxury. I had two apartments with everything, so all this is a lie. We were told the government had made them remove kitchen items because of covid. We later found out from staff that the manager had told them to take everything out because guests take the glasses and cutlery and they don't want to replace them. They even turn off the water boiler, and other things like that. I bought soap because there was none in any toilet, then they threw it in the garbage. The person who showed us the apartment said the removal was due to government rules, but that wasn't true. I'll post pictures so you can see what you get for 10 days and 10.000eur.

The rooms are big enough, but not clean enough. Only one lift works, the Wi-Fi is average, the TV doesn't work, and housekeeping is poor.

A good choice for families. Check-in was smooth and on time, and service was good around the clock. Yasmine at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

Great location, close to HMC, Al Bidda Park, hypermarkets, a butcher, live chickens, car wash, restaurants, salons, and car mechanic shops.
