Reception made what could have been a pleasant stay disappointing. At check-in, the process was very slow and disorganized. Even though I arrived on time, I waited a long time for my room without a clear explanation or apology. The staff seemed untrained and uninterested, gave no proper welcome, and didn't explain the hotel policies or facilities clearly. Check-out was worse. The staff were rude and impatient, and reviewing the room caused unnecessary delays. They seemed uncoordinated and handled the process inefficiently. It felt as though guests were a nuisance instead of valued customers. Based on the lack of professionalism and customer service at the front desk, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a good spot, close to local attractions and easy to get around, and breakfast was a well-organized buffet with plenty of choice. We found it good value and would happily recommend it or stay again. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed to relax. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and glad to help, which made a real difference. We had a wonderful stay and couldn't fault the experience.

I checked out today. The hotel offers good value for a budget stay, and the service was good. Breakfast was decent too, so I'd recommend it. If you're walking to the metro, check the route carefully. From the location Google gives, it's a 20-minute walk. There's usually an empty parking lot in the middle; going that way makes it about 12-13 minutes.

I've been staying here for over a week and have had a lovely experience. The staff are professional and well mannered. The gym is neat and well equipped, and the sauna and steam room are too. Highly recommended. A microwave in the room would be a useful addition.

I especially like that Wonder Palace Hotel has family rooms for up to four people, something that's rare at many hotels. The rooms are spacious and well organized, the beds are very comfortable, and the smart TVs support YouTube, Netflix, and other popular apps. Free parking is available as well. The staff are polite and professional, and the hotel is clean, well maintained, and conveniently located near most major attractions. It's excellent value for money, which is why I don't stay anywhere else when I visit Doha.
