Hosting a suhoor for more than 50 valued customers at Fairmont Doha worked out beautifully, and the hotel itself was a big reason many came. The management team spent the evening in the tent, meeting guests and checking that everyone was happy. The Ramadan buffet was a highlight, with impressive variety, excellent quality, and lovely presentation. We especially enjoyed the Asian food, and Provok is well worth trying. A special thank you to the Korean chef for the exceptional cod and the personal attention to our group. The Turkish baklava, made by an original Turkish baklava chef, was the best in town, and Chef Dustin’s presentation was outstanding. We also got such a warm welcome on arrival from Adonis, Prasshant, and Javlon on the Front Office team. Fruzsina, the Greek outlet manager from F&B, was incredibly attentive. Their Ramadan tent is probably the best in Doha. We loved the team and the hotel and can’t wait to return. Thank you ❤️

My first Eid on my own turned into a lovely experience at L’Artisan. Wafaa welcomed me warmly, explained the options, and found me a great seat by the window with a view and sunshine. She noticed I wanted to take photos, and mentioned I could move if the desert heat got too much. Hamza made drinks right at my table, which was a new experience for me. He clearly knows his craft and handled my filming without a fuss, even though I was recording, lol. I called them Delicate Rose and Blueberry Delight, and they really were a delight. The waiter had just the right amount of attention, knew the menu well, and suggested avocado from off the menu to go with my eggs royal. He paired that with a hot drink, then the signature Raffles waffle with an iced Spanish latte. The eggs didn’t disappoint either. As a solo traveller, I appreciated how genuine and kind the staff were. I also had room service, and the lamb shank was beautiful. I’d recommend it to anyone travelling alone who wants their own space without feeling lonely.

The room and its view at Raffles Doha were beautiful, and the butler service was exceptional. We spent three nights there, and the staff took such good care of us that the service went beyond what we expected. It was a memorable stay, and we’ll always remember our time there.
