The grounds and pool are nice, and you can walk to the bus stop, supermarket, shops and restaurants in about five minutes. But the room was very small, and so was the bathroom, which was disappointing. There’s no fridge, and the little outdoor deck has nowhere to hang wet towels or swimsuits. It’s fine for one person, but two would be cramped, with hardly any bathroom privacy.

A good stay for the money. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the place was very quiet despite being in the city centre.

The owner managed to find me a tiny spot for Saturday night even though the hotel was fully booked, which I appreciated. I ended up staying three extra nights after my flight home was cancelled, so I got to know the place and the staff pretty well. The rooms were clean and quiet, the A/C was a blessing, and breakfast was fresh, plentiful and varied. The small pool was a nice way to cool off after exploring. It’s a few blocks from the shore where the evening activity is. I’d happily come back.

Everything you need is nearby, from restaurants and a supermarket to a pharmacy and the beach, and the hotel is very centrally located. It has a lovely family feel, the staff are always friendly and make you feel welcome, and most importantly to me, it’s very clean. I’ll book again when I come to La Reunion.
